High resolution digital microscopy

A digital microscope is a microscope provided of a digital camera capable of recording images at varying magnification that are elaborated by a computer. High resolution digital microscopy allows for observing a sample at high resoultion and variable magnification. 2D and 3D measurement as well as surface metrology can be performed.
