IPERION HS believes in open science and open publications
IPERION HS participates in the EC Pilot on Open Research Data (H2020) which aims to improve and maximise access to and re-use of research data.
IPERION HS strongly encourages researchers to publish in open access (self-archiving and open access publishing).
Submit your article to Heritage Science journal (IPERION HS special issue)!
To showcase the results from the IPERION HS project, inclusive of transnational access and joint research activities, we are pleased to announce a special issue for a unique collection of papers in the peer-reviewed, open access Heritage Science Journal (I.F. >2.5 ) https://www.springeropen.com/collections/iperion-hs

Open Science in HS
Interoperability is key to development of heritage science at a global level. Interoperability of data, materials and procedures implies a wider adoption of the open science paradigm. For better preservation of the global heritage, which is one of the core missions of heritage science, researchers need to have open access to knowledge, in the form of heritage data, methodological procedures and results, instruments and reference materials.
