Kick off of  IPERION CH – Integrated Platform for the European Research Infrastructure ON Culture Heritage  project submitted within  the Horizon 2020 – Work Programme 2014-2015 for European research infrastructures,

The workshop with the patronage of Regione Toscana  and Comune di Firenze, and the support of CNR – The National Research Council of Italy, INFN – National Institute of Nuclear Physics and PIN s.c.r.l.- Educational and Scientific Services for the University of Florence, is co-organized by IPERION CH and PARTHENOS (2-3 Julyhttp://www.parthenos-project.eu/), tightly connected to IPERION CH due to the common research commitment in the Humanities and Cultural Heritage field.

PARTHENOSfunded by the European Commission under the H2020 framework, aims at strengthening the cohesion of research in the broad sector of Linguistic Studies, Humanities, Cultural Heritage, History, Archaeology and related fields through a thematic cluster of European Research Infrastructures, integrating initiatives, e-infrastructures and other world-class infrastructures, and building bridges between different, although tightly, interrelated fields.
