Agenzia per la Promozione della Ricerca Europea – Agency for the Promotion of European Research (APRE)
APRE is a non-profit research organization, created in 1989 upon the joint initiative of the Italian Ministry of Research and the European Commission with the main objective to support the research activities of the Italian scientific community, as well the participation to the European funding programs. As a research organization, it brings together more than 100 members, including both public and private research centers, industries, industrial associations, chambers of commerce, science parks and more than 50 universities.
During its 25 years of experience, APRE has been involved in several projects financed by the European Commission (DG Research and DG Enterprise) participating actively in different networks on cultural heritage in FP7. During CHARISMA project, APRE participated as leader of the dissemination and communication project activities. A recognized and wide experience on events organization (training courses, workshops, info-days, seminars) and networking complete its skills.
