IPERION HSIntegrating Platforms for the European Research Infrastructure ON Heritage Science

Publication opportunity

To showcase the results from the IPERION HS project, inclusive of transnational access and joint research activities, we are pleased to announce a special issue for a unique collection of papers in the Heritage Science Journal: https://www.springeropen.com/collections/iperion-hs

As part of Springer Nature, the Heritage Science journal has a current impact factor >2.5 where all articles are peer-reviewed and published with open access.

To encourage your publication, we have an agreement in place with the publisher that allows us to cover some of the publication fees (article processing charges).

Fees for additional articles may actually already be covered by membership and institutional agreements with the publisher, otherwise, they need to be paid for separately or may be eligible for a waiver. Please contact us if you have questions.

We encourage you to contact the guest editors (Marei Hacke, Jana Striova and Matija Strlič by writing to the coordination office (co@iperionhs.eu ) with your ideas and plans for articles or with the tentative titles, abstracts and list of authors.

We also remind you that it is mandatory to publish with open access and to acknowledge EU funding in the following way:

*   “IPERION HS has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement n. 871034.”

Once published it is important to ensure that the publication is available in a repository that is compatible with OpenAIRE, for example, Zenodo. Whenever possible all related data should also be made available through a repository. If you would like to read more about IPERION HS dissemination plan, open access publishing and data management then please follow these links or get in touch with us or the coordination office.

We look forward to hearing from you about your upcoming publication.
